At TrainChange Fitness, we develop products differently from other fitness companies in that almost all of our products are either unique patented designs, like Barbell, Kettlebell, Cardio Sliders, Resistance Band Barbells, etc. Each one is unique and created by our small TrainChange Fitness Team in Sammamish, WA. Our custom F2 Bar Series is the only bar specifically designed to be used with resistance bands, free weights, or chains. Use them one at a time or all together to achieve maximum mixed muscle resistance (MMR) to target a wider range of your muscle fibers, resulting in more effective training programs. The “Attach Anywhere System” allows you to combine multiple bands of resistance, and bands can be attached to almost any sturdy surface. Combined with resistance bands, the workout bar can be transformed into a training tool (similar to a barbell) within seconds. Workout bar can be easily taken apart and stored.
